Our client, located in the West Island, industry, Construction, is actively looking for a User Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.
-Responds to telephone calls, e-mails and in person requests for technical and functional support.
- Participates in the production, set up and coordination of all required user training.
- Identifies and initiates all related technical and functional problems.
- Works with ERP team to coordinate testing of all newly developed or enhancements to existing routines.
-Cooperates with End User Support team.
2 weeks vacations
Office hours -No weekends
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership, enthusiasm, self-motivation and team spirit
• Ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Bilingualism (English and French) a strong asset
- 3 years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of Oracle and/or any other ERP system is an asset
- Strong team player with demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
