DiagPoly™ DBCO Polystyrene Particles, 10 μm (# DNM-M006) are monodisperse polystyrene particles with a DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) surface. These particles are well-suited for the copper-free or strain promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) under physiological conditions. They are stable in aqueous buffers methanol, ethanol, DMSO, and not stable in halogenated hydrocarbons, toluene, strong acidic solutions, e.g. 10% HCl.
