Dosage

An initial dose of 50mg Fildena, given orally approximately an hour before sexual activity, is suggested. The dose can be reduced to 25mg or increased to 100mg based on the efficacy and tolerability of each individual.

Fildena's maximum daily dosage is 100mg.

Fildena can be administered with or without meals. However, if taken with food, particularly high-fat foods, the beginning of effectiveness may be delayed.

Men should always start with a lower dose of Fildena if they have:

There are serious renal or liver disorders.

Alpha-blocking medicines are used.

This prescription is only for men over the age of 18 who have erectile dysfunction, not for minors or women. This drug is not an aphrodisiac and does not protect against sexually transmitted illnesses.
